This pre-owned vintage sterling silver necklace was made by Tiffany and Co. It was a piece out of their 'Notes Collection'. It measures 40 mm diameter and is engraved with a cursive font the repeated phrase: 'Tiffany & Co. 727 Fifth Avenue New York, New York'. It has a slight wave to the medallion which hangs from an 18 inch cable chain.
