Handmade with no details spared it holds an east-west oriented 13.5 carat fantasy cut aquamarine nestled in a halo of platinum ribbons bezel and bead set with 12 mixed cut diamonds weighing combine 0.40 cttw. A glistening of milgrain edges the ribbons. The underside of the gallery is just as thoughtfully designed as the top side rising 9 mm up off of the 1.5 mm shank which has elements of sleek Art Deco architecture.
