An oval cut 0.94 carat blue sapphire is held between a diamond set open rain drop element. The diamonds weigh combine 0.35 cttw and continue over the sapphire and onto the stationed bail. The pendant is hung on an 18 inch diamond cut cable chain which secures with a lobster clasp.
