This vintage 18 karat white gold die-struck filigree ring features an open scroll motif of garlands and stacked cutouts which perfectly accent the .39 carat Old European Cut center diamond. The gallery measures 8.5 mm diameter and tapers to 2 mm wide. The ring rises 6 mm up off of the finger.
