This vintage 18 karat white gold die-struck filigree ring features an open scroll motif of garlands, lillies, and floral accent cutouts which perfectly compliment the .69 carat Old European Cut center diamond. The gallery rises 7.3 mm up off of the finger and measures 9 mm diameter which tapers to 2 mm wide before transitioning to a high polished 1 mm shank.
